Campaign sample requirements
Free Sample PCB Specifications
The free sample program applies to projects that meet the following standard construction requirements.
Maximum board area
Length × width ≤ 200 cm²
Example: 100 mm × 200 mm = 20,000 mm² = 200 cm²
Projects outside these specifications may still be submitted for a standard production quotation, but they will not qualify for the free sample campaign.

Campaign Conditions
- Campaign valid during August 2026
- Substrate material must be FR4
- PCB construction must be rigid
- Finished copper weight must be 1 oz
- Layer count must be between 1 and 4 layers
- Finished board thickness must be 1.6 mm
- Surface finish must be HASL
- Solder mask must be green
- Legend / silkscreen must be white
- Maximum free quantity is 2 pcs
- Maximum board area is 200 cm²
- Sample approval depends on engineering review
- Submission does not guarantee campaign approval
- Production orders of USD 10,000 or more receive USD 500 off for every full USD 10,000 spent
- Final sample and discount eligibility is confirmed by HIGHPCB
